Chemical Feed Pumps, Parts, and Systems

Chemical feed pumps, parts, and systems play a critical role in the precise dosing of chemicals required for water treatment processes. Chemical feed systems are deployed to:

  • Prevent corrosion and fouling

Components include: chemical storage tanks, feed pumps that deliver chemicals into the water system, injectors that introduce chemicals into the water through one-way valves, control systems to regulate pump operation and dosage rates, as well as dosing lines that transport chemicals from storage tanks to the point of injection.
